Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand new condition. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please; our stuff is experienced, and very knowledgeable and are happy to help you find the perfect vaporizer. Any product that is broken or not working properly should be registered with a representative first and then processed with the return.

Any/all items purchased from a must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Item(s) must be in original, brand new condition.

  • Item(s) must be shipped back within 14 days of the original delivery date.

  • Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return process

  • No restocking fee if the item is a brand new and unopened condition

  • 10-35% of restocking fee may be applied on opened box returns

  • Tracking info required after the return was shipped

  • After return was received it will be inspected and refunds either replacement will be sent within 1-2 business days

  • No returns accepted after 14 days

  • Note: Due to the nature of the devices that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products (for hygienic reasons).

  • Missing / Broken Items: All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components, and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.
